- Planning outcomes depend on your council's assessment. No designer can promise an approval.
- Construction cost is separate from design and planning fees and depends on your builder and specification.

- Will I need a survey?
- We review the information available and explain whether further measurements are needed. A measured site survey is included in our Planning & Technical Design and Planning to Tender packages.

- Design & Planning starts from £1,095. Planning & Technical Design starts from £2,295 total, and Planning to Tender starts from £3,195 total. Your written quote confirms what is included and any separate costs before you commit.
