How our service works

Six steps, in order, with nothing charged until you have a written quote in front of you. We work with homeowners in Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire.

  1. 1. Free planning check

    Three short steps about your property, your project and how to reach you. No account, no payment and no drawings needed. We receive the enquiry straight away.

  2. 2. Free 15–20 minute call

    We discuss what you want to achieve, check whether our service suits your project, and explain the next step and costs. Nothing is charged for this call.

  3. 3. Written quote

    If we can help, you receive a written quote setting out deliverables, exclusions, revisions, fees, payment stages, separate charges and the expected programme.

  4. 4. Accept the quote and make the agreed payment

    Paid work starts only after you accept the written quote and make the payment agreed for the first stage.

  5. 5. Private onboarding

    You receive a private invitation to confirm your brief and share anything you already have. Missing documents do not stop you from sending the brief.

  6. 6. Design and agreed later stages

    Your appointed designer develops the design and makes the professional recommendations. We coordinate the agreed planning, technical and tender work and keep you updated.

What the free check is and is not

The free planning check is an initial screen of available information about your property and project. It is not a decision, a professional opinion or confirmation of what you can build. The property, the proposal and any gaps need professional review before the planning route is confirmed. An empty result is not confirmation that a property has no restrictions.

If your project is outside what we do

If your property is outside Hampshire, Surrey or Berkshire, or your project needs a service we do not offer, send us the location and a short description. We will confirm whether we can help before any paid work begins.
